how to setup IPTV on your PS4 console

here easy step by step way to setup IPTV on ur PS4 using Plex app

what u need before start

  • IPTV subscription with M3U playlist
  • stable internet connection minimum 10Mbps speed
  • Plex app installed on ur PS4
  • pc or smartphone (for setup and manage IPTV playlist)

step 1: install Plex app on PS4

  • turn on ur PS4 go to PlayStation Store
  • search for "Plex" then download and install (it's free)
  • open Plex app on PS4 and login with ur account, if u dont have account u can create one easy for free

step 2: install Plex on ur pc or phone

  • visit plex.tv from ur pc or smartphone download Plex app
  • install Plex and login with same account u used on PS4 (important)

step 3: setup IPTV playlist in Plex (using xTeVe app)

Plex don't support M3U playlists directly so u need a tool named xTeVe to make ur playlist work with Plex

install and setup xTeVe

  • go xteve.de download xTeVe app (available for pc and mac)
  • open xTeVe put ur IPTV M3U playlist URL in settings
  • press start on xTeVe app (it convert ur IPTV playlist to a Plex-compatible format)
  • xTeVe will give u a playlist link copy it (u gonna use this in next step)

add converted IPTV playlist into Plex

  • open Plex on ur pc or phone
  • go settings then select "Live TV & DVR"
  • click "Add new source" paste playlist URL u got from xTeVe
  • save settings then refresh Plex app

step 4: start watching IPTV channels on PS4

  • now go back to ur PS4 and open Plex app
  • select "Live TV" section inside Plex app
  • u will see ur IPTV channels listed just click on any channel u wanna watch

useful quick tips if u face any issue

  • make sure internet connection stable and fast (minimum 10Mbps if u streaming HD channels)
  • keep xTeVe running on ur pc or phone, Plex need xTeVe app always open to access IPTV playlist
  • if channels not showing or errors appear, restart Plex app on PS4 and pc/phone, and check again playlist URL inside xTeVe settings
