How to Reset the Parental Control Password, Manage Access Settings, and Favorite Channels List
Steps to Follow:
1️⃣ Open the "Users" tab.
2️⃣ Select the user list.
3️⃣ Click on the relevant user.
4️⃣ Choose "Edit".
5️⃣ Expand the "Device Info" tab in the user profile and click "Reset".
What Will Be Reset?
✔ Parental Control → Restrictions on protected channels and movies will be removed.
✔ Access Control → All access settings will be reset.
✔ Favorites → The IPTV favorites list will be cleared.
