- Username & Password
- Xtream Codes (Host / Username / Password)
- M3U or M3U8 Playlist URL
- Activation Codes for IPTV apps (when required)
You will receive your login information through:
- The Support page (in specific cases)
2. Delivery Time
Most digital orders are processed and delivered within:
- 5 to 30 minutes during normal business hours
- Up to 1 hour during busy periods or late-night hours
If you have not received your IPTV access details after 1 hour, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
3. No Physical Shipping Fees
Because our services are digital, you will not be charged for:
- Shipping fees
- Customs or import charges
- Delivery handling
4. Required Customer Information
To ensure fast and accurate delivery of your IPTV activation details, please provide correct and complete contact information at checkout, including:
- A valid email address
- A valid WhatsApp phone number
Incorrect or missing information may delay your digital delivery.
5. How Your IPTV Subscription Is Delivered
Once your order is verified, our team prepares your IPTV credentials and sends them directly to your chosen communication channel (email or WhatsApp). You will also receive basic installation instructions for the IPTV app you plan to use.
6. Missing or Not Received Details
If you do not receive your IPTV activation details within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team. We will verify your order and resend your information immediately.
